The Friends Club

I co-founded a small business called The Friends Club in December 2020. Our mission was to spread positivity and inclusivity through hand-printed clothing and local events, while also selling ethically made products at a reasonable price. Although I have stepped back from the company in 2024 to focus on other passion projects, my time here has been invaluable. As the Creative Director, Co-Founder, and PR Specialist, being a part of The Friends Club has allowed me to grow in ways I never could have imagined.

On this page, you will find an outline of the work I did for the company over the past couple of years.

Summer Splash Fest 2023

In August 2023, we hosted a rendition of the Summer Splash event at The Dive Motel. Vendors and In-Kind Sponsors included Better than Booze, Mean Machine Concerts, Liquid Death, RedBull, Slide Hustle Nashville, and Reign Storm Energy. Despite the event being cut short by inclement weather, we attracted an audience of 220 attendees. Many acts were still able to participate including: Davie, Cosette, Claire Ernst, and Robin August.

New Year's Eve at The Dive Motel

On December 31st, 2022, we hosted our inaugural event at The Dive Motel from 9 PM to 1 AM. The venue featured three DJs and a vibrant dance floor indoors, while outside on the pool deck, three bands took the stage. With a sold-out crowd of 400 attendees, the event was a resounding success. Notable acts include CHLSY and Caroline Romano.

Dive Disco

The Dive Motel invited us back for a second New Year's Eve event, featuring vendors such as Josephine's Jams, Vena Cava Baking, Rolling Recipes Food Truck, and The Emerald Eye Healing, alongside artists like Nai'a Rose, K.O.N, and Southside MAB.  Thankfully, this year was equally successful as the previous one, with an audience of 350 attendees and no weather-related delays.
